The Town of Shelburne has introduced the Administrative Monetary Penalty System (AMPS), a modern approach to managing certain bylaw infractions through a local administrative review process.

AMPS applies to several municipal bylaws, including Traffic & Parking, Animal Care & Control, Clean Yards, Noise, Parks Use, Public Nuisance, Election Signs, and Road Occupancy.
