The Town of Caledon, has announced that final planning approvals have been completed for the Choice Caledon Business Park, located on the north side of Mayfield Road between Airport Road and Torbram Road.
The Choice Caledon Business Park will be a large, modern employment area designed to support industrial, and logistics uses while respecting and recognizing the surrounding natural environment.
When completed, the project will provide 2.8 million square feet of industrial space and include:
• Over 340 acres of employment lands supporting business and job growth
• More than 107 acres of conservation and natural lands, together with additional
conservation lands
And two new public roads connecting to Mayfield Road and Airport Road, designed to safely handle truck traffic and support efficient movement of goods.
