The Town of Orangeville has announced the 2026 Accessibility Champion Award recipients:
They include: the Craft Pizza Bar & Italian Kitchen and the Salvation Army Thrift Shop.
The Craft Pizza Bar & Italian Kitchen installed an accessible washroom facility on the main floor, making its dining room more welcoming and accessible for diners and The Salvation Army Thrift Shop’s staff continuously show awareness and compassion for all shoppers, particularly those with disabilities and special needs.
On June 4, the award recipients were honoured in a ceremony at Town Hall following Mayor Lisa Post’s National AccessAbility Week proclamation.
