Yesterday, Headwaters Health Care Centre experienced a significant water leak within the building.
At approximately 4:30 p.m., Headwaters was required to shut down all water to the building.
Headwaters immediately connected with local Emergency Services to support the ongoing response and ensure patient and staff safety.
Current impacts:
• Redirect in place for Obstetrics and Surgery
• Modified redirect in effect for the Emergency Department
Anyone needing to access the hospital please use the main entrance. Further updates will be provided as available.
