Dufferin OPP charges four motorists with impaired driving-related offences following separate incidents

On September 1st, at approximately 1:30 a.m., officers were conducting a RIDE program in the area of Matthew Street and Fead Street in Orangeville when a vehicle entered the checkpoint. On September 5th, at approximately 10:30 a.m., Dufferin OPP officers were conducting traffic enforcement on County Road 23 in East Garafraxa when they observed a vehicle travelling in a manner that drew their attention and conducted a traffic stop. During their interaction with the driver, officers observed signs of impairment and initiated an impaired driving investigation.

On September 5th, at approximately 8 p.m., Dufferin OPP received a traffic complaint regarding a possible impaired driver in the area of Fifth Sideroad in Mono. Officers attended the area but were initially unable to locate the vehicle. A short time later, officers located the vehicle on Cooper Street in Grand Valley. During their interaction with the driver, officers observed signs of impairment and initiated an impaired driving investigation.

A 27-year-old male resident of Grand Valley, has been charged

On September 5th at approximately 11 p.m, Dufferin OPP responded to a traffic complaint regarding a possible impaired driver travelling on Highway 10 in Caledon. A short time later, officers located the suspect vehicle in the area of County Road 109. During their interaction with the driver, officers observed signs of impairment and subsequently initiated an impaired driving investigation.

A 44-year-old male resident of Grand Valley, has been charged
