Nominations are now open for the 2027 Caledon Sport Hall of Fame as the Town looks to recognize athletes, builders and teams that have helped shape Caledon’s sporting legacy.
Nominees can be submitted in three categories:
- Athlete
- Builder
- Team
Eligible nominees must have either been born in Caledon, lived in the community for at least five consecutive years, or spent their formative years in Caledon through training, competition or work.
“Welcoming nine new inductees into the Sport Hall of Fame earlier this year was a proud moment for Caledon and a reflection of the incredible talent and dedication found throughout our community,” says Caledon Mayor Annette Groves. “We’re looking forward to receiving nominations for the upcoming class and celebrating those who have made a lasting impact on local sport.”

The Caledon Sport Hall of Fame was established in 2018 and features a dedicated space inside the Caledon East Community Complex recognizing local athletes, builders and teams who have excelled at the community, provincial, national and international levels.
