Town of Caledon reporting budget surplus of $5.5 million for 2025

The Town of Caledon is reporting a budget surplus of $5.5 million for 2025, marking it the third consecutive year of surpluses totaling $12.8M.  The Town says it demonstrates the organization’s continued commitment to fiscal accountability and responsible governance and says the 2025 year-end results reflect the Town’s disciplined financial management approach.  It says the ongoing efforts of leadership and staff to deliver value for taxpayers while maintaining high-quality municipal services.
