Caledon driver charged with insecure load

Caledon Detachment Traffic Unit member stopped and charged this motorist for an insecure load, unnecessary slow driving, and careless driving on Mayfield Road. Loads must be secured to the vehicle with proper restraints/strapping. Gravity alone is not enough.
