Dufferin-Caledon MPP Sylvia Jones to visit Humber River Centre to attend BrightStart Caledon AMM

This Wednesday, June 18th, Dufferin-Caledon MPP Sylvia Jones will be at the Humber River Centre at 28 Ann Street in Bolton attending the Annual Members’ Meeting of BrightStart Caledon Family Centre to celebrate their receipt of an Ontario government grant funded through the Ontario Trillium Foundation,  The grant is to develop and pilot an Intake, Information, and Referral Model which will serve as a centralized hub for families with children aged 0 – 8 years seeking assistance, information, and/or connections within the Caledon community.
