(CALEDON, ON) – Caledon OPP recently investigated a DUI involving a lawn tractor on King Street in Caledon.
On Thursday, April 2nd, at about 7:30 p.m., a Caledon officer observed an individual operating a lawn tractor on King Street, near Highway 10, in foggy conditions with reduced visibility and without reflective clothing. An impaired driving investigation was initiated.
As a result of the investigation, A 57-year-old man from Caledon, was charged with:
• Operation while Impaired
• Operation while Prohibited
and
• Fail to Comply with a Probation Order
