The public is invited to an unforgettable evening of theatre, storytelling, and meaningful conversation at I Am Enough, a powerful musical theatre production created and performed by award-winning performer and theatre creator Sherry Garner, with musical accompaniment by acclaimed composer Leslie Arden. Taking place Saturday, May 9, 2026 at 7:30 p.m. at the Orangeville Opera House, this one-night-only performance blends song, storytelling, and personal truth to explore resilience, self-worth, and mental health. 102.7 Indie FM Bolton spoke with Sherry about the her production:
Created from Garner’s lived experience, I Am Enough shares her journey as a professional
musical theatre performer, a farm girl, a mother to a daughter with Down syndrome, and
someone who experienced a severe mental health crisis before eventually being diagnosed
with bipolar disorder. Through her company, Coffee Talk Theatre Productions, Garner
created the show to open the door to honest conversations about mental health.
The evening is presented in two parts. The first half is an engaging theatrical performance
that challenges stigma around mental illness through music and storytelling. Following the
show, audiences are invited to stay for a facilitated panel discussion with local mental
health professionals, creating a safe space for reflection, dialogue, and community support.
