Dufferin and Caledon OPP Detachments execute search warrant at residence on County Road 50 in Adjala-Tosorontio Township

As a result of an ongoing police investigation, members of the OPP Community Street Crime Unit from the Nottawasaga Detachment, with assistance from Dufferin and Caledon Detachments, executed a search warrant at a residence on County Road 50 in Adjala-Tosorontio Township. In early fall of 2025, Nottawasaga CSCU received information that the accused was trafficking drugs in New Tecumseth. Through surveillance and investigative techniques, officers observed activity consistent with drug trafficking and obtained a search warrant. On November 26, officers from the Nottawasaga CSCU attended the residence shortly before 12:30 p.m. to execute the search warrant.  The following items were seized: Prescription medications, including Oxycodone, Lorazepam, Tramadol, and Trazodone Approximately 14,000 contraband cigarettes Drug trafficking indicia $1,960 in cash Investigators have arrested and charged the following individual under the Criminal Code of Canada and the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act: A 66-year-old, female of Adjala-Tosorontio.
