Town of Caledon launching Administrative Monetary Penalty System (AMPS) on November 1st

The Town of Caledon is launching theAt launch, AMPS will apply to parking infractions and Automated Speed Enforcement (ASE), with additional bylaws to be incorporated in future phases of the program. This change means that instead of going through the provincial courts, residents can now manage penalty notices and penalty orders directly with the Town – saving time and alleviating strain on the court system.
