Ruby Sahota now MP for newly created riding of Brampton North-Caledon

As federal MPs returned to Parliament yesterday (September 15, 2025), Ruby Sahota, formerly the MP for Brampton North since 2015, is now the MP for the newly created riding of Brampton North-Caledon. Sahota is now representing Canada as the Secretary of State – Combatting Crime.  Sahota was formerly the MP for Brampton North since 2015.
