Caledon OPP pull faulty vehicle off the road

No brake lights + no signal lights + no horn + no brakes = no drive.  Caledon Detachment Traffic Unit spotted this vehicle on Mayfield Road yesterday.  It had no brake lights, no signal lights, no horn, and no brakes.  Your vehicle must be in safe condition before deciding to drive. The safety of everyone on the road depends on it.
